Sample Project: Pen Project

There are very few PRINCE2 Sample projects, in fact there are just two that we know of:

• The PEN Project (this page)
• The U2 Driving School project

Why this Sample Project? Because the most common question from people who follow a PRINCE2 classroom training is, “can we see a sample project” or “Is there a documented sample PRINCE2 project?”

Objectives of this sample project:

• Give an example of each of the PRINCE2 documents
• Show all or the majority of the fields for each document
• Show how simple PRINCE2 documents can be
