PRINCE2 Exam Only

The first level of certification is PRINCE2 Foundation, and then there’s a more advanced PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. Both of them are available online and you can take the exam from home or work; anywhere in the world.

Taking standard courses is not mandatory for the PRINCE2 exams; candidates can tak classroom courses, take eLearning courses , or do self-study; in other words, any form of PRINCE2 training is acceptable.

If you take classroom courses, the exam is usually included and done at the end of the last session. Those who use eLearning courses or do self-study can buy a voucher for the official online exam from ATOs (Accredited Training Organizations), while some ATOs don’t sell exams separately. Prices differ, but the Foundation exam is usually under €300 (including VAT) and PRINCE2 Practitioner is under €400 (including VAT). You can check the current prices of our ATO here: PRINCE2 Foundation Exam Only and PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam Only.

If you fail the exam, you will have to pay the full price for your next attemp. However, some training organizations provide pass guarantee with their classroom or eLearning courses, and if the candidate fails, they will pay for the second try. Management Plaza is an example of elearning providers who offer pass guarantee.
